Muskelsvindfonden, a Danish organisation for neuromuscular diseases, is offering the Ukrainian SMA families a stay at Musholm, a beautiful hotel and sports centre for people with disabilities. The centre is located on the island of Korsør, right on the shores of the North Sea. The organisation will provide accommodation and food until the family receives housing from the government.
In Denmark, SMA treatment is only available to younger children. On the other hand, support for people with disabilities is excellent.
